Language Documentation Seminar in Irkutsk

“Seminar on language documentation” was held at Irkutsk University, from 4th to 8th March 2019. This seminar was part of the outreach activity of the LingDy project and was held six times in Mongolia and Russia including this time.

In this seminar, 7 from the National University of Mongolia, 5 from Buryat National University, 1 from the Inner Mongolia University and 1 Korean student studying at National University of Mongolia participated in this seminar. Two students who are researching Manchu language at the National University of Mongolia have also become valuable opportunities to interview Solon Ewenki from Ewenki students at the Inner Mongolia University of China.
