Asako Shiohara, a member of DDDLing Project, made an oral presentation at the workshop “Study of sociolinguistic situations in Malay-speaking societies: Varieties and language use” in the 169th Meeting of the Linguistic Society of Japan, held on 9–10 November, 2024 (Sat.–Sun.), at Hokkaido University. She also served as a commentator for the workshop.
