Grammatical Studies Workshops 13: “Introduction to Researching Grammar in Conversation”
*This event has already been held.
We will invite Michael C. Ewing, ILCAA visiting professor, and professor Toshihide Nakayama to hold a workshop on researching grammar in conversation.
The followings are the goals of this workshop:
- to introduce research on grammar based on conversational data
- to introduce variation in grammar across genres
- to provide training on collection, transcription and analysis of conversational data
