Workshop for Linguistic Fieldwork on the Kisogawa dialect

This linguistic fieldwork workshop was held in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture on 26 and 27 August. It was designed for students who took part in a linguistic fieldwork on the Kisogawa dialect in Aichi Prefecture, and the event was part of the National Institute for Japanese Language and Linguistics (NINJAL) Collaborative Research Project “Reformation of Local Community through Recordings and Researches of Dialects”. Total fourteen students (nine students from a local university called Aichi Prefectural University, and five students who were selected from the public) participated in the workshop. Two of the ILCAA staffs gave lectures about data management and audio recording.
